Our mission equipment is designed and fabricated in close cooperation with our customers and partners. This in combination with our detailed manuals, training and aftercare program make our tools highly efficient in the field.

The development of a design and construction project starts with a comprehensive Basis of Design (BoD). The BoD is the starting point of our project, summarizing all requirements and functions of the design. Mitigations for the intended purpose of the tool will be covered by a Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). As part of the concept phase, it will be updated during following design phases which guarantees a well-thought-out design. Following, there is a phased structure for the execution of a design order. This enables us to step-by-step transform your package of needs and requirements into a fully-fledged design.

For the fabrication of steelwork and procured items, we work with outstanding subcontractors. Our subcontractors are selected based on their extensive track record related to the designed equipment and are audited before any cooperation. All components are gathered and assembled at the Eager.one site, followed by functional and other required tests.

In many cases, cost for lifting equipment is driven by the cost for load testing. We have supplied lifting equipment tested up to 2000t SWL, without making use of test barges or other expensive means for load testing. Generally, load testing is possible by means of a hydraulic test bed or a for the tool designed hydraulic testing frame.

Equipment and spares are delivered worldwide according to the requested Incoterms by the client. Our equipment is engineered to be transported containerized, lashed to a trailer or supplied on a seafastening frame. That way, your equipment can safely be shipped worldwide.

Depending on the complexity of the supplied equipment, an onsite commissioning training by one of our consultants might be the perfect solution. In case the equipment requires more than one training, our team offers operational support during your project. A typical commissioning training includes turnkey commissioning of the equipment including how to test, check and inspect your equipment before use. The training includes explanation of re-certification, maintenance, installation of spare parts and tool specifics.
